Is Trump Preparing a Final Blow Against Iran? Signs Point to a Decisive Phase
By PNW Staff - https://www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=10274#google_vignette
Wars rarely end by drifting quietly into history. More often, they conclude with one side deciding the cost of prolonging the fight has become greater than the risk of one final, overwhelming push.
That possibility is increasingly being discussed regarding the conflict with Iran.
No one outside the White House, the Pentagon, or Israel’s war cabinet knows precisely what President Donald Trump intends to do next. But recent military movements, diplomatic warnings, and strategic realities have fueled growing speculation that Washington may be preparing for a decisive phase designed not simply to punish Iran--but to end the conflict on terms favorable to the United States and its allies.
Whether that happens remains uncertain. Yet several developments suggest something larger could be unfolding.

Prophecy Update: Sliding Toward Ugly
By Daymond Duck - https://www.raptureready.com/2026/07/18/sliding-toward-ugly-by-daymond-duck/
On July 9, 2026, Damian Paletta, The Wall Street Journal’s Washington coverage chief, wrote the following:
President Trump has used every tactic in the book to wind down his war with Iran.
Threats (he threatened the end of their civilization).
Cajoling (he offered them hundreds of billions of dollars).
Loosely worded interim deals (there have been at least two, the April ceasefire and then the June memorandum of understanding).
But none of it has worked.
Iran has continued attacking ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
This week, Trump took away Iran’s ability to sell oil.
He’s bombing dozens of sites in the country.

Trump-Turkey Ties Troubling
Terry James – https://terryjamesprophecyline.com/2026/07/20/trump-turkey-ties-troubling/
This is one of those instances when I must question a decision by a president I very much like and trust for his sane stances in these insane times.
And the disagreement stems from the fact that this president obviously has no spiritual understanding of the deleterious biblically prophetic actions involved within embracing the leader and the nation, as reported Tuesday, July 7.
President Trump appears to have just made a seriously flawed decision in cozying up to one of the central nation-entities whose evil will bring God’s wrath from Heaven in a burst of godly anger. I refer to the nation Turkey, the nation that will join in the Gog-Magog attack assault on God’s chosen nation Israel.
That attacking entity is, of course, referred to as Togarmah in Ezekiel’s prophecy found in chapters 38 and 39 of the book by the prophet’s name.

A Winning Political Strategy?: JD Vance opts To Appease Dangerous Anti-Israel Conspiracies
By Breanna Claussen - https://harbingersdaily.com/a-winning-political-strategy-jd-vance-has-become-more-than-willing-to-appease-the-anti-israel-crowd/
As antisemitism ingrains itself deeper into the Democrat Party, and many young republicans follow behind, taken captive by the conspiracies of Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, and others, recent statements by Vice President JD Vance have shown that he is more than willing to feed into the trend.
On an episode this week of the “Joe Rogan Experience,” Vance seemed eager to brand himself as the “reasonable moderate” voice, repeatedly calling Israel an ally while simultaneously propping up outlandish theories directed against the Jewish State.
Vance cited an article in the Times which claimed there was a “well-funded” campaign from within the Israeli government to influence the Trump Administration and “tank” the MOU between the United States and Iran. The Vice President shifted the blame for his deal’s failure on Israeli leaders who he insisted desire for Iran to be bombed indefinitely with no objective outcome. Vance further added that this “foreign influence campaign” also targeted the American people through social media, in an effort to shift public opinion toward the Israeli desired direction of the war.

We Are Being Warned That Global Oil Inventories Are “Close to Nothing” As We Plunge into the Most Severe Oil Crisis in History
by Michael Snyder – https://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/we-are-being-warned-that-global-oil-inventories-are-close-to-nothing-as-we-plunge-into-the-most-severe-oil-crisis-in-history/#google_vignette
The only way that we were going to avoid a historic oil crisis was if a diplomatic solution could be found to end the war in the Middle East. Obviously that did not happen. The “Memorandum of Understanding” has completely failed and the U.S. and Iran are hitting one another really hard. The Strait of Hormuz is going to be closed for the foreseeable future, and now it appears that the Bab el-Mandeb Strait will soon be closed as well. Global oil inventories have been falling for months, and now we have reached a stage where we are going to experience some really severe pain.
Iran has attacked at least 9 commercial vessels over the past couple of weeks, and as a result “nobody is willing to move” through the Strait of Hormuz right now…

Daily Jot: Devarim, The Words That Change Lives
Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com
The Book of Deuteronomy opens with a fitting name, Devarim, meaning “These are the words.” It records Moses’ final messages to Israel during the fortieth year after the Exodus, only thirty-seven days before his death. Standing on the edge of the Promised Land, Moses called the people to remember God’s faithfulness, remain true to His covenant, and walk in obedience. He reviewed the journey from Mount Sinai, restated many of God’s commandments, and prepared a new generation for a new beginning. These were far more than farewell speeches. They were words filled with God’s authority, carrying the power to shape the future of a nation.
The name Devarim reveals something remarkable about Moses himself. Early in his calling he protested that he was “slow of speech and slow of tongue” (Exodus 4:10). Yet the man who once doubted his ability to speak became God’s chosen voice to Israel. God transformed a reluctant shepherd into a man whose words have echoed through history for more than three thousand years. That transformation points to God’s pattern of working through willing hearts rather than polished abilities. Moses did not become great because of natural talent. He became great because he faithfully spoke the words God placed in his mouth. Those devarim changed Israel’s history, guided countless generations, and continue to challenge every reader who approaches them with a willing heart. God’s Word still shapes ordinary people into extraordinary servants.
John’s Gospel takes this truth to an even greater level, as in John 1:1: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus), is the living Word through whom all things were created. Just as Moses served as Israel’s first redeemer by delivering God’s Word to His people, Messiah is the greater Redeemer who reveals God’s truth to the world. Isaiah looked ahead to the day when “out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:3). The Torah revealed through Moses and fulfilled in Messiah reflects one consistent purpose: God’s desire to bring mankind into fellowship with Himself. Every reading of Scripture offers fresh insight because God’s Word is living, active, and continually speaks to those who seek Him with humble hearts.
That is why Deuteronomy remains as relevant today as it was on the plains of Moab. Every generation faces its own Promised Land, its own challenges, and its own decisions about whether to trust God’s voice or follow the shifting opinions of the world. The Spirit still uses the devarim, the words of God, to convict, encourage, teach, and transform. We do not have to wait for Messiah’s return to begin learning His ways because His Spirit opens the Scriptures to every believer today. Still, what a glorious day it will be when we hear Him teach from His own lips in Jerusalem. Until then, every page of God’s Word prepares us for that coming Kingdom. Read it often, treasure it deeply, and allow its truth to shape every part of your life. For it is as Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”

Daily Devotion: When the Godly Are in Authority
by Greg Laurie – www.harvest.org
When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.
—Proverbs 29:2
Scripture:
https://harvest.org/resources/devotion/when-the-godly-are-in-authority/ - Listen
I’ve had opportunities to interact with leaders at the highest levels of the United States government, including former Vice President Mike Pence and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. When I met with those men individually, we had a great time talking about our nation, discussing the needs and challenges facing us. I should mention that when I’m around such people, I’m not there as a political pundit. Neither am I there to give any kind of political advice.
I’m there as a pastor to help them, to pray for them, and to perhaps remind them of what Scripture says. In both instances we had wonderful discussions about the Word of God. Both men spoke of their dependence on God to do the job He had called them to do.
Those interactions served as valuable reminders that revival in our nation, if and when it comes, will be aided immeasurably by believers in positions of authority.
The Bible certainly makes a compelling case for godly leadership. Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan” (NLT). Proverbs 10:9 says, “People with integrity walk safely, but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed” (NLT). James 1:5 says, “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking” (nlt). And in Mark 10:43–44, Jesus says, “But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else” (NLT).
Our nation is blessed to have an electoral process by which we can vote for our leaders. As believers, we must make the most of that opportunity by getting to know candidates and supporting those who stand for God-honoring principles.
But there’s another responsibility believers must not shirk. We must pray for our leaders. Look at the apostle Paul’s words in 1 Timothy 2:1–2: “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity” (NLT).
We’ve talked a lot this month about what needs to take place for us to have a spiritual awakening, a revival in America. R. G. Lee put it this way:
If all the sleeping folk will wake up,
If all the lukewarm folk will fire up,
If all the dishonest folk will confess up,
If all the disgruntled folk will cheer up,
If all the depressed folk will look up,
If all the estranged folk will make up,
If all the gossipers will shut up,
If all true soldiers will stand up,
If all the dry bones will shake up,
If all the church members will pray up . . .
Then we can have a revival!
We might also add, “If all the believers will wise up in choosing leaders who yearn for revival.”

"Share in the Blessings and Rewards that will last Forever!"
"Folks, it's all beginning to unravel. America is in more danger of falling than at any time in its history. But I believe Bible prophecy predicts this very decline. From this point on, we believers have to get serious. We are going to face discouragement, disillusionment and, most certainly, persecution in the time between now and the Rapture. But don't be discouraged or disillusioned. The coming turmoil will provide us unrivaled opportunities to share the good news of the Gospel. So be ready to share your faith and your hope with those who need Christ. We still have time to reap a great harvest of souls for God's kingdom!" - Hal Lindsey
